I'm a one-person independent shop, and I pack each order with care from my home studio in Germany.

Orders ship every Tuesday and Friday via DHL.

Domestic delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.

International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs.

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

I currently ship worldwide — except to a few locations with ongoing postal restrictions.

I do not currently offer expedited shipping.

📦 Returns
As an EU-based seller, I follow the 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

To start a return or cancellation, please email me at [email protected] with your order number and reason (optional).

You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition.

Once I’ve received the returned item, I’ll issue a refund within 14 days using your original payment method.

Digital products, custom orders, and used or damaged items cannot be returned.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days so I can make it right.
💳 Payments
I currently accept secure payments via Stripe, which allows you to pay using major credit and debit cards.
All prices are listed in EUR (€). You’ll see the final total — including any applicable taxes or shipping costs — at checkout before completing your purchase.
If applicable, sales tax or VAT will be automatically calculated and added at checkout based on your location. This is handled through Big Cartel and Stripe — no surprise charges later.
If you're ordering from outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
